THE POWER OF PREMONITION AND LEVITATION

Premonition is the power to see the future and the past. This is the power of the youngest sister, Phoebe. At first, she can only saw the future but as  her power grew like Prue and Piper, she can now see what happened in the past. 

Levitation is the power to stop in the air. Phoebe discovered this power when a warlock is trying to kill her. At this time, Phoebe can't control this power of on how to get down without hurting her own self. This power is very helpful for Phoebe because  this is what she wishes for to the genie in the episode "Be Careful What You Witch For!"
